Let me introduce myself: my name is Dilranjay Singh and I have been a tourist operator for many years. In 2009 I started my own business India Special Travel Operator Pvt. Ltd. with my wife, Rooli Singh, who runs the office while I'm out on the road with tourists. During my many years in the travel industry I have come to understand that people want different experiences on their travels throughout North India. I decided then that India Special Travel Operator Pvt. Ltd. should offer a unique service - no time limits, no regimentation and therefore no pressure. Our small group tours are tailor-made to the client's personal taste. At Special India Travel, we place emphasis on the importance of flexibility. After all, this is your holiday. Having many years of experience in the travel industry, I can arrange suitable accomodation from budget to luxury class. All recommended hotels are of a high standard in their field, offering great local cuisine as well as excellent customer service. Unlike many travel agents and tour operators who never actually go along with the tourists to find out what it's like to visit the sights, stay in the hotels, eat at the restaurants and purchase goods etc, I do all of the above and more. As well as accompanying my tourists to the street markets, I can also recommend the best local craftsmen and shops where many traditional Indian products can be found for fair prices. I don't waste endless hours pushing clients into shops, nor will I rush them. Instead, I focus on giving helpful advice to create an all-round positive experience. Many clients wish to immerse themselves in the culture and lifestyle of North India. It is important to us that we provide a range of options that allows tourists to experience our vibrant and diverse way of life.
