At India Special Travel, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and this policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Advance Notice: All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email. The effective date of the cancellation will be the date on which we receive your written notification.
  • Cancellation Charges:
    • More than 60 days prior to departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
    • Between 45 and 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
    • Between 30 and 44 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged.
    • Less than 30 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

3. Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Accommodation: Hotel bookings during peak seasons or special events.
    • Transportation: Flight or train tickets booked under non-refundable fares.
    • Special Services: Activities or services booked with non-refundable terms.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Amendments

Any amendments to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), cancellations may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
