Golden Triangle 8 Night 9 Days

Day 1: Arrival Delhi

Delhi, arrive anytime. Our friendly tour representative will meet you at the Airport. From there you will be taken to your hotel. The rest of the evening is at your leisure.

Day 2: 9.00 AM Delhi Sight seeing

After breakfast your driver will pick you up for a great day of visiting the wonderful sights of Delhi. You will visit Red Fort, a massive red sandstone structure built 1639-1648 by Shah Jahan as his royal palace. Jama Masjid, one of India largest mosques has two 40-meter high minarets. Chandni Chowk, is one of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi. Rajghat, is the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. Humayun’s Tomb, this impressive tomb, was built in 1565-72 by the widow of Humayun 9 yearsafter his death. Qutub Minar, 72.5 meters tall, the red sandstone and marble minaret is covered with intricate carvings and verses from the Qur’an. India Gate, was constructed as a memorial in honor of the 90,000 soldiers who lost their lives during World War 1. Lotus Temple, the Baha’i House of Worship and winner of numerous architectural awards was completed in 1986. Akshardham Temple, (the eternal divine abode of the supreme God) rated as one of the wonders of this world, it was completed in 2005. Later on your driver will take you back to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 3: 9.30 AM. Delhi to Jaipur

After breakfast your driver will pick you up and drive to the Jaipur capital of Rajasthan also known as Pink city. After arrival check into your hotel and rest of the is at your leisure .In the evening you can have a glimpes at the folk and musical dances along with dinner. Stay overnight at the jaipur hotel.

Day 4: 8.30 AM Jaipur Sight seeing

After breakfast your driver will pick you up for a tour of Jaipur the Pink city and capital of Rajasthan, to explore this amazing place with you. The magnificent Amber Fort, you might like to take an Elephant ride to the hilltop of Amber Fort. It is a blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture. Jal Mahal. the “Water Palace” is a wonderful peaceful place in the middle of a lake. City Palace, built (1729-1732) by Sawai Jai Singh II. The spectacular Hawa Mahal, “Palace of winds” was built in 1799. The Jantar Mantar, is a collection of architectural astronomical instruments. The stunning Birla Temple, The view of Jaipur from Nahargarh Fort is absolutely breathtaking. Jaigarh Fort, is the most spectacular of the 3 hilltop Forts. After a day of sightseeing, discovering and exploring the different colors of Jaipur. You will be dropped at the airport or any location in Delhi convenient to you for your onward journey.

Day 5: 9.30 AM. Jaipur to Agra

After breakfast your driver will drive you to the capital city of mughals era that is Agra. On the way we will be visiting Monkey Temple 'galta ji' , Chand Baori Stepwell in the village of abhaneri and Fathepur Sikri,once the capital of the great mughal ruler Akbar the great. After arriving check into your hotel. Rest of the day is at your leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel in Agra.

Day 6: Agra to varanasi by train (Taj Mahal is close on Friday)

An early morning start to view the sunrise over the Taj Mahal. In order to beat the crowds this is the best time to visit the World Heritage listed Architectural Masterpiece. After the death of Mumtaz Mahal,

the grief-stricken Shah Jahan had the Taj Mahal, built (1632-1648) as a tribute of Love for his favorite wife. This white marble mausoleum is regarded as one of the finest examples of Mughal Architecture.

After visiting the Taj Mahal you return to the hotel for breakfast, After breakfast your driver will take you to some other sights including Agra Fort, This Red Fort was first mentioned in 1080 AD. Akbar had it rebuilt, completing it in 1573. The Mausoleum of Itmad-ud-Daullah, is also known as Baby Taj (built 1622-1628). Later your driver drop you at Agra Railway Station to journey to Varanasi.

Day 7: Varansi sightseeing

On arrival to Varansi our representative will pick you up to the hotel. Varansi is one of the most holiest cities of India. It is a city on the bank of the river ganga in Uttar Pradesh. It is also known as the favourite city of the hindu deity lord Shiva,at older times known as Kashi or 'Shiv ki Nagri'. We will visit the Bharat Mata Temple, Durga temple, Tulsi Manas mandir, Banaras Hindu University which has an art gallery, Kashi Vishwanath Temple and many more religious places. Rest of the day is at your leisure. In the evening you may like to have a glimpse of Ganga Aarti 'prayer' at the spectacular Dashashwamedh Ghat. Stay overnight at the hotel in Varansi

Day 8: 9.00 AM. Varansi Sightseeing and onward journey

After breakfast your driver will take you for the sightseeing of Sarnath where gautama Buddha first taught the Dharna. It is also known as Buddhist city. It is one of the most important Buddhist pilgrimage destinations in India. There are many places to visit like Emperor Ashoka,errected a stupa, museum and many monuments. In the afternoon driver will drop you to the airport/railway for New Delhi or your onward journey
